General information on data processing
We collect and use personal data of our users only insofar as this is necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. The collection and use of personal data of our users regularly takes place only with the consent of the user. An exception applies in cases where prior consent is not possible for factual reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by statutory provisions.
This website does not use cookies for analysis or marketing purposes and does not use tracking or web analysis services.
Hosting
[HOSTING DETAILS TO BE CONFIRMED: name and address of the hoster, plus confirmation of a processor agreement under Art. 28 GDPR, must be entered before launch.]
Server log files
Each time our website is accessed, the host automatically collects information in so-called server log files. These are: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request and the IP address in shortened/anonymised form. This data cannot be assigned to specific persons. This data is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis for the temporary storage of the data is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
SSL/TLS encryption
This site uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or enquiries that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. When SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you send to us cannot be read by third parties.
Contact form and contact by e-mail
If you send us enquiries via the contact form or by e-mail, your details from the enquiry, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. The legal basis for processing the data is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR if you have given your consent, as well as Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time. The data will be deleted as soon as the enquiry has been finally processed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

[BELBO DETAILS TO BE CONFIRMED: provider name and address of the booking system friseurbeatrix.belbo.com, purpose, legal basis and processor agreement must be added.]
Until these details are confirmed: online appointment booking takes place on an external website under its own privacy policy.
Google Maps
This website allows you to load a map from Google Maps by clicking a button. The map is only loaded after your active click. Only then is data transmitted to Google Ireland Ltd. The legal basis for the data transfer is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). Google's privacy policy can be found at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).
